Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. Low cholesterol foods preferred,
chicken and fish, over red meats.
Dislikes: As a nursing mother, I choose to avoid the following: No Caffeine
(I do enjoy Decaf Coffee and Decaf Iced Tea), No Artificial Sweeteners,
No raw or undercooked meats (meats should be cooked medium please).
Due to mercury content concerns, only the following seafood please:
Anchovies, Arctic Char, Crab, Crawfish, Pacific Flounder, Herring, King Crab,
Sanddabs, Scallops, Pacific Sole; Tilapia, Wild Alaska and Pacific Salmon
(no farmed Salmon); Farmed Catfish, Clams, Striped Bass, and Sturgeon.
