- No raw or undercooked meats (meats should be cooked
- Due to mercury content concerns, only the following
seafood please: Anchovies, Arctic Char, Crab, Crawfish, Pacific
Herring, King Crab, Sanddabs,
Scallops, Pacific Sole; Tilapia, Wild Alaska and Pacific Salmon (no
farmed Salmon); Farmed Catfish, Clams, Striped Bass, and Sturgeon.
- No Nuts
- No Honey
- No Low-fat milk - Whole milk only
- No Choking hazards – such
as whole grapes, hard candy, lollipops, or nuts.
